Difficult to tell if this is a Sparrowhawk, but the tail fans out more than I've seen in shots of them elsewhere. Was kind of golden in colour.
This a Sparrowhawk? Dunno, used 55-200mm, taken on Arthur's Seat.

This guy had some pair of lungs to puff the ball towards goal...
Ah football. It was nice to have the opportunity to try out action shots. Used the D40, 55-200mm lens, fast shutter of course.
Heh heh, there's something about this shot that makes me grin, but I don't know what.
And the crowd went into a delirious, rapturous celebration!
I dunno why this guy seemed so dejected, his team was up 2-0
This guy is only in here because it gives me a chance to say what a lousy co-worker and terrible footballer he was/is. Only Kidding S2 ;D If I remember right you scored a cracking goal :D Makes a bloody good cup of tea too...
Okay. I make snow teddy bears. I was really gutted when it melted.
This is a Death's Coach Beetle. Taken with my old mobile phone camera. These are allegedly common. Yeah, right.
Guys, can't remember who you are, but thanks for a nice shot.
Ok, yet another, 'I kinda like this, but...'
Well, heellloo there. Just sit while I faff about trying to get you in focus... D40, 300mm +5 mag
Where you goin? Come back! I was just going to swap to my 300mm lens with the x5 and x3 magnification! Fine. Lousy, inconsiderate....
So he thinks he is being sneaky, trying to creep up, a moment later I was almost slobbered senseless.

Going for the slightly arty shot.
I seriously got carried away in Photoshop with this.
These things really do go in your ear, don't they? Eww.
Fred? Damn. He's gone for good.
Some bridge in Scotland. It was raining and it was cold.
Nikon D40 1/13s F/L:98.0mm 5.6f/ ISO:200.
or...kind of nice I thought.
This is one of those ones I could type in the focal length and shutter speed and all that but I really can't be bothered.
More snails hanging out, probably having a gossip, tweeting, I dunno.
Really creaked my neck when I took this. There was a definite crunch and a click. Haven't done many more like this since.
